[Sprite A Week: 1]

You only want awards...

I can do something better than this in less than 1 week. And I can animate the same skits that were in this flash in less than 2 days...
I was the dude that told to Paperbat to do sprite a week, and I told to him:
"If I don't like it I will vote 0/10 0/5"
I don't care if Paperbat is not here but I'm still gonna be honest:

Oh not again... Another ripoff of JonBro's and Psycosis remakes.
And you took the other skit from another skit from the sprite a day series.

The mama luigi meme is only funny in the forums when you see it where it can't make any sense. I didn't laugh, but the animation was decent so:

Bad sprite image quality, and I didn't get the joke. Perhaps it wasn't any funny at all.

Sorta funny, but not good enough. But what lowered your score was the baby mario killing himself. Think in a better ending joke next time, will you?

Can I ask you something? Why did you join to this? You have A LOT of potential on being a good sprite animator. Your part was the only one that made me laugh, it was decent animated, somewhat original. The only bad thing is the fact you can see the white lines around the sprites when they're growing. Try to do something BIG by YOURSELF, just practice more and you will end being a DECENT sprite animator. But it depends IN YOU.

STOP THIS! You guys are killing the sprite animation with flashes like this. I gave one chance to the sprite a week, but no... You failed, I feel ashamed on being a sprite animator.

Note: You guys make me think in quitting sprites like many others. And to be honest, I WILL HAVE TO DO IT SOONER.

Note 2: If you make this for fun PLEASE PUT EFFORT. But I think you're still going to send to the portal the same kind of "good quality" sprite flash each week and kill the sprite animation. You are just proving to the sprite haters their points, thanks for contributing in that >:(

I like all birthday flashes

No matter how they look, they always get my 10 and 5.
The pac-man skit was hilarious in my opinion, specially because he was eating like a statwhore XD
The part from MinusNick was... weird. But well, a nice detail to a statwhore XD lol
And we finally have the part from FamilyGuy05, i liked it because there can't be a birthday without that song. It's like eating a burger without meat.
Overall the quality wasn't bad and the skits were nicely animated :)
Conclusion: Corey, have a happy birthday ;)

To sprite or not to sprite?

Depends of the animator. That is the answer.
I thought you were going to move into greater things since we were making Skittles n' dickz, to be honest. But I'm not crying or sad or something haha, in fact, It's great to see talented animators moving into greater things!
As for the flash, the concept was very good, and the part where you were turned from sprites into a drawing was excellent. And the music fit very good on what was happening.
Conclusion: Detailed, well animated, well drawn (including the custom sprites of yourself).

Note: You know something? The answer of why sprites are declining is simple:
LAME ANIMATORS. I'm currently seeing like 3 sprite animations in the flash portal made from noobs trying to be like Randy, bigfoot and psycosis. But those little ignorants don't know they're making it WORSE. I wish I could get rid of those pieces of trash >:(

I liked this :)
Specially because you got inspired from me and my flash god bigfoot3290.
The animation of the sprites was smooth, the only detail that I could say, was the sound. The sound it screwed up sometimes, try to get better sound files with better qualities, that's all.

Mmm... Not bad for a 1st attempt at sprite movies

The fact of using luigi being scared of things has been used many times.
As for the animation, it was very well for a 1st attempt, Have you used flash before or something? It looks neat for a 1st movie ;)

I watched the part 2 first...

It was way better than this, but still, was OK.
Your animation skills are amazing, and this flash is from 2006. I loved the idea of reviving some of the old ideas (but great) of Randy, was very good. But however, was not original. Don't take it bad either, I say you did an amazing job.
I'm pretty sure that someone told you this before, though :/

Sorry but...

The only scene that made me laugh was when yoshi ate the fruit that luigi was trying to get. However the animation was nicely done and the quality was OK, not great but OK.
But what boils my piss is the scene number 2. For the love of God, using sounds from sitcoms or movies are not original and stopped being funny years ago.
Also you took the sound of luigi saying "Awww fuck!" from a flash from Randy Solem. But well you have all the right to use it since he didn't copyright it hehe.

Even if the story didn't make laugh so hard, the animation was smooth and enjoyable. With a great quality, specially the audio.
Unfortunately mario bloopers/spoofs are veeeery old so that's why you got that low score :(
However the flash was very good, and keeep defending the name of the sprite animation sir ;)
